The book:

"There was once an enchanted valley, green and rich, halfway between the Venetian lagoon and the Dolomites ..."
It might seem like the beginning of a fairy tale, however everything really exists: Alpago and Cansiglio constitute a small enchanted and enchanting world, suspended between the lagoon of Venice - with whom he has had, over the centuries, very close relationships - and the Dolomites, the which constitutes one of the access, even if the background than to others.
A world in which magical elements, mysterious, fairy-tale mix and we cross the road constantly.
The food comes in handy to bring to light a human tissue, historical, social infused with natural elements, with all the charm, the charm and the magic they took with them.
Sometimes, natural and supernatural just steps away.
And 'an interpretation which, more than others, reveals connections, emotional paths, which affect not only the physical locations, but also those of the soul.
