And if Santa could not bring gifts to children as it does every year? And even if the witch was available to replace it? Christmas could become a day like others ...
It will be presented on December 26 at 16.30 at the Teatro Toniolo in Mestre Merry Christmas Santa Claus, the Fondazione Aida musical that does not forget the spirit of Christmas and its magic atmosphere through a story that can entertain and excite young and old. The event is the first event of the Theatre under the parties organized by the Culture of the Municipality of Venice.
The musical comedy will appeal to the entire family and brings to the stage a Santa Claus different from the usual who, too fattened for eating the candy sent to him by a mysterious admirer, no longer able to go into the chimneys and then to deliver presents to children during Christmas Eve. With the help of Nettle and Castagna, the elves helpers, and Federico and Chiara, the two young stars, will address, including twists and songs, several difficulties, not least the dangerous pitfalls sown here and there from the very bad terrible plan magician Bisesti.
Merry Christmas Santa is a magical Christmas tale that refers to the tradition and at the same time is its contemporary topics as the integration of what is different, the importance of healthy eating and responsible growth as well as the respect of 'environment in which we live. An answer to the need of not only children but also adults to give room to the fantastic part dreamer who resides in the depths of each one.
Artistic cast:
The play is co-written by Pino Costalunga, author, actor and artistic co-director Aida Foundation and expert on literature for boys, and Nicoletta Vicentini.
The direction is entrusted to Raffaele Latagliata, actor and director, ranging from the years between dramatic theater and musical. Graduated from the BSMT, Bernstein School of Musical Theatre, has a long association with the Company Rancia, with Nicola Piovani, Daniele Salvo, Gianfranco De Bosio and many others. And 'artistic director of Ars.Creazione and Entertainment with Federica Restani.
Tell Laura is the author of the lyrics and original music, Moreno Small arrangement.
Besides Pino Costalunga, on over two hundred candidates were selected: Greta Magnani, Matteo Ferrari and Jessica Grossule, the ensemble sees raids: Sebastiano Visparelli, Mattia Bignardi and Chiara Bonassina.
